Thank you for all of your prayers.
Last time I wrote to you I asked for prayer regarding assignment completion. Since then, I have finished several assignments, and today I finished my Hebrew→English translation of Jonah 1-2! The only major tasks left are my Hebrew final (9:00 AM Friday the 22nd) and my Discourse Analysis paper (due on Monday the 18th).
These are my prayer requests:
- That I would continue to have a sense of peace and calm, and the ability to focus
- That God would give me some insight for my paper
Once the exam is over, my attention will shift towards getting ready for summer semester! I’ll let you know about that when the time comes, but some of the aspects include partnership development, connecting with friends and family, hopefully speaking at some churches, a lot of reading for summer courses, finding Seattle housing for when I finish, doing paperwork to extend my student visa, and keeping my Hebrew language learning up! Also, quite high on the priority list is settling down on an assignment with Wycliffe Bible Translators. I also hope to get in some much needed rest during that time. All this, in six weeks!
Thank you so much for your prayers.
